STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO, February 25, 2021 – The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) approved Routt County’s request to move to Level Yellow starting Friday, February 26th at 6:00 am. Restaurants, offices and gyms can increase capacity to 50%. Personal gatherings are still restricted to ten people and no more than two households. Routt County’s local public health order is still in effect which requires businesses and events to send their mitigation plans to Routt County at , continue collecting contact information and requiring masks in public places for individuals aged two and older as well as other restrictions. Level Yellow
Restaurants
· Indoors: Capacity increases to 50% or 50 people (up to 100 with calculator) with 6ft distancing in place
· Outdoors: Six feet between parties
· Last Call: 11:00 pm
Offices
· 50% capacity, remote work strongly encouraged
Outdoor Events
· Unseated: Capacity increases to 50%, 175 people maximum (with calculator)
· Seated: Capacity increases to 50%, 175 person cap (6ft distancing between parties)
Indoor Events
· Unseated: Capacity increases to 50%, 50 people no calculator or 100 people maximum with calculator
· Seated: Capacity increases to 50%, 150 person cap (6ft distancing between parties)
Gyms and Fitness Centers
· Capacity increases to 50% or 50 people
Critical and Non-Critical Retail
· 50% capacity
Group Sports and Camps
· Can operate at 25 people per activity
Personal Services
· Capacity increased to 50%, 50 people maximum (with calculator)
Personal Gatherings
· Up to 10 and no more than 2 households
